At Brainstormitpro Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide high-quality new and recondition laptops, and we stand behind every product we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The laptop is damaged, defective, or not functioning as described
- The item delivered is incorrect or different from what was ordered
- The return request is made within 7 days of the delivery date
Please Note:
- Laptops must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories (charger, cables, manuals, etc.)
- We do not accept returns for change of mind after purchase
- Laptops showing signs of physical damage or misuse will not be eligible for return
Condition of Returned Items
Returned laptops must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Free from any personal data (we recommend factory reset before returning)
- Not physically damaged or tampered with
We reserve the right to reject a return if the item does not meet our return conditions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective laptop), we will cover the return shipping costs
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Laptops returned after 7 days without prior notice
- Laptops damaged due to user mishandling or accidents
- Any item returned without original packaging and accessories
- Software-related issues (can often be resolved remotely)
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or damaged laptop, you may choose to request a replacement instead of a refund (subject to stock availability). Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the exchange process.

Shipping for Returns
